SHIPPING POLICY

All packaging is either compostable or fully recyclable. Orders will be shipped within 2-3 working days using Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all UK deliveries. Please note that the above time frame and the shipping method may change as we approach Christmas.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

I do not offer returns or refunds. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph it and reply to your order confirmation email so I can send you new product and issue a claim with my shipping partner.
